Home Care & Support Services: Our dedicated Care Assistants will support vulnerable people with their tasks to enable them to live at home independently.

  • Practical Support /Domestic Tasks: Shopping, Housework, Meals & Drinks, Finance Support.
  • Personal care & Hygiene: Bathing & Dressing, Toileting, applying makeup, Hairstyling and more, Ensuring safety at home.
  • Medical / Health- Medication, Exercise planning.

Live-in Care: Our live-in care service gives one-to-one support for you or a loved one in the comfort and security of your own home from a carefully matched care worker, supporting your day-to-day and overnight needs providing reassurance 24 hours a day.

Social /assisted visits: We can support with shopping, laundry, ironing, cleaning, social activities such as going out for a walk, day centre, visiting friends and families, and companionship care.

Relief care / Take a break: We offer short-term or periodic care and support service in order to provide customers, families and/or Carers with a break.

Dementia Support Service: We offer specialist dementia care by trained staff to support you and your family at home.

Physical Disability Services: Our dedicated Care Assistants will support with tasks to enable you to live at home independently

Disabilities: We provide care and support to children and adults with a range of learning disabilities, providing outcome focused care.

End of Life Care: End of Life Care or Palliative Care for individuals to remain in their home or place they feel most comfortable.
